If your medal order is needed within 4 weeks of your event date, a rush order fee applies.

Rush orders are always welcome, but this fee helps cover the additional planning, materials sourcing and production pressure needed to turn your order around quickly.

Orders placed close to an event often require quicker artwork approval, faster scheduling, tighter material planning and production time being prioritised ahead of standard work.

Applying a clear rush fee structure helps us keep lead times realistic while still offering customers the option to secure medals at short notice.
