Special Cards and discounts T&C's

Here are the terms and conditions for the Special Discount cards. 

Zero Hero:

10% discount qualifies on paid orders only, and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or special discounts like charity or military.

Hero Referral:
This will entitle the claimant to £100 credit to use towards their next order. The discount may only be used on one order and any outstanding value will not be transferred back as credit. 

Double hero:

This card entitles the redeemer to 3 free log slice trophies stock depending. If the log slices are out of stock we reserve the right to change or replace the trophy for another type. 

This special offer can be used in conjunction with other offers.

Free Upgrade:

The free upgrade is limited to paid orders for single layer wooden medals. The upgrade cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers with the exception of charity discount.

Loyalty stamp cards
Once you've placed 10 orders with us you'll get 50% off your next order so use it wisely! Once 10 orders have been placed the cycle starts again! 

 Charity Discount:

We currently offer a 35% charity discount. This discount is off the total of the whole order including the vat. The discount is only on offer to orders placed and paid for 4 weeks in advance of requiring the order.

Returning Charity medals:

Charity medals which are returned will be given the normal credit amount of 50% of the paid cost. This credit can be used for future orders. The credit is limited to not exceed more than half the total cost of the order when redeemed.
